Everything is ok, otherwise it won't record any hand. It has been working alright for like 10 months without problem and then suddenly it started to not working well, after some h2n updates and pokerstarts software updates. So i suppose the problem has came after the updates of one of the softwares.

since a month i've noticed that during my cash session on pokerstars, h2n seems to not importing all hands, every session i got basicly half of the hands i've played reported, thus also all the data about net and EV net results are wrong. I have the version 3.3.1.22 of software.
