You have to run Hand2Note as administrator. Also write your nickname in Configuration/Rooms/Winamax.

The nickname was set but running as administrator did the trick
I still have one issue: huds are misplaced

I have seen that i can setup the preferred seat - but winamax is 5-handed, and it's not an avaiable option.
How can i adress this problem ?

On Winamax i've set up the Auto Import correctly (side tracker database is check off) and my room records hand in the folder, but the hud does not show up??

If i do run import file on the files saved in that folder those are well imported by hand2Note

version of Hand2Note is 3.1.17.3 and it's running on a windows 10

any help appreciated
